STEM LAB NEWS!!

 

 

Students celebrated our school-wide thematic unit: Alice in Wonderland. Each class explored Alice's story through a series of STEM stations.  

Thank you to the H.S.A. for purchasing five 3D printers for the STEM lab. Our Toybox COMET printers were used by every student this month. Each student printed a red heart to represent the Queen of Hearts.

Some classes used their engineering skills to create a bed or throne using popsicle sticks, clothespins and wooden hearts for our Queen of Hearts.

Students used pattern blocks to create hearts while others colored Alice using their number skills.

Our engineers used our friends, the ozobots, to help Alice escape the Queen of Hearts.
