Grade 3 Send-Off Commemorative Video - Please complete the attached Video & Photo Release Form and return to the Whitehouse School office no later than June 5.

Grade 3 Parents - A Farewell Flick flyer was sent home through backpack mail with your child yesterday. Since the movie has a “PG” rating, your child will need your written permission to join us on the evening of June 12. Please read this letter in its entirety to decide if you would like your child to attend. Then, please return the attached permission slip by June 5.
